Talk to your AI CFO

I’ve been through the filings — ask me anything about the numbers.

The intelligent read

AI CFO

Grounded in this company’s public filings. Answers cite the filings; no securities advice.

Your talking AI CFO appears here once the avatar is connected.
The face and the chat share one brain — both answer from your own figures. Voice sessions are time-limited on the current plan.
Presenting — the conversation is blurred along with every other client identity on screen.

Group Consolidation

Each division keeps its books in local currency. APEX translates them into your presentation currency under IFRS (IAS 21) and rolls them up — drill from the group down to any division and line.

Clients

Every client you're permitted to see. Search, open one to work inside its records, or add a new client workspace.

New client workspace

APEX onboards listed public companies. Enter the ticker, its primary exchange and the exact listed legal name, then validate — we confirm the listing and pre-fill the rest from the public record. This creates an isolated workspace and the client's Owner account (billing starts).

Pre-filled from the public record — review and edit any field before creating.

Primary contact — the person who will administer this workspace (a public company has no single owner). This creates their sign-in; nothing is emailed to them.

Correct a client record

Correcting the record for —. The legal name is shown to the client and printed on deliverables exactly as stored — enter it verbatim from the authoritative source, never re-cased or tidied up. Record the customer's authority for the change alongside it: this is the audit record, and someone may be reading it a year from now.

Authority for this change

Every correction is recorded with either the customer's authority or a stated reason there is none. Neither is assumed — choose one.

Enough for someone else to find the original later: the customer's own email subject line and date, the contract clause, or the minuted call. “Approved” is not a reference.
A routine and legitimate answer. It is recorded as stated — the absence of an authority, not an approval — so write the reason as you would explain it to someone reading the log cold.

Change requests

Feature requests and defects raised from inside the portal, with the screen they were raised from. Each one is a note for a person to read and decide on — filing a request starts, schedules and notifies nothing. Raise one with ✎ Request a change, which sits on every screen.
